To ensure a reliable shipment and maximum protection we use only double-wave cardboard boxes. In its simplest form a box consists of two flat paper surfaces, which enclose corrugated paper; everything glued with natural adhesives. The combined action of flat covers with the internal wave provides stiffness and strength to the whole cardboard and the effectiveness of packing and transporting goods.
We use boxes of various sizes so that the products fit perfectly to the size of the box. Each box is closed with a ribbon labeled "FRAGILE" so that the courier is aware of potentially fragile content.
There is a "KATUMA" label on both sides of the box so you can safely identify the package being shipped from us.
Each product is individually protected by covering it with a layer of bubble wrap.
The products, wrapped in bubble wrap, are placed in a selected box to minimize free space and prevent products from moving during transport.
Subsequently, all empty spaces are filled with packaging material (polystyrene chips or air cushions).
After filling any space, the box is closed and sealed for delivery to the courier.
