What can I do if the products were not satisfactory?
If the products you bought were not of your liking, or believe that they are not up to Katuma's qualitative standards, simply follow the refund request procedure that you will find below.
Do I have the right to get a refund even if I made a coupon order?
Yes, regardless of the payment method and the use of any Coupon, you can ask for the refund of the purchased product.
How to get the refund
You need to follow this simple procedure:
You have 30 days from the day you receive the products to claim a refund. Passed that date, you will not be able to apply.

- Order ID number
- the list of products you didn’t like.

In case you bought more than one product of the same type, you will have to post the unopened and unused products to our address, suitably protected and packaged. The shipping cost will be paid by you.
We will be careful to take charge of your report immediately.
Regardless of the "money back" service you can always exercise the right of withdrawal or claim the legal warranty.
