Payment Management

Buying Katuma is simple and safe. You can use the payment method you prefer by choosing between Bank Transfer and PayPal. With Paypal you can pay with your credit card and prepaid even without signing up.

Katuma DOES NOT SAVE ANY PAYMENT DETAILS, and therefore you have total security on the management of your payments and protection of your data.

This is because:

  1. Payments by bank transfer are made to Katuma externally using through the bank's home page or online with online banking tools
  2. Payments with Paypal, whether you sign up or use your credit card at the moment, are in the most secure Paypal system without Katuma being able to see the transaction.

Do you want to pay with PayPal?

Payment via PayPal is simple and secure. It does not cost any additional charges and you will be redirected to the PayPal portal at the time of purchase. By entering your email and password on PayPal, payment will be made in total security. Your order will be processed as soon as Paypal will notify you of your payment’s acceptance.

In any case, the payment procedure is in accordance with the terms accepted by Paypal and subject to their terms and conditions. In the event of cancellation of the order, both by the Customer or in the event of its non-acceptance of the order by Katuma, at the time of cancellation, the amount of the canceled purchase will be credited to the customer's Paypal account.

You don’t have Paypal and want to pay by Credit Card?

Payment by credit card (and debit) does not cost any additional charges and the transaction is always made by selecting PayPal as a payment method. When you are redirected to PayPal instead of entering your email and password you can proceed with the payment by entering your card details. All major credit cards are accepted by PayPal. Your order will be debited as soon as PayPal will notify payment acceptance.

Do you want to pay by bank transfer?

Payment by bank transfer does not cost any additional charges. In this case the order will be suspended and will be processed as soon as Katuma receives confirmation of the payment.

Payment must be made within 7 days of the date on which the order was placed. If within this period the transfer is not made, the order will be automatically canceled.

Issue of tax document

For each order made on Katuma, Katuma will issue a suitable tax document as per art. 14 D.P.R. 445/2000 and DL 52/2004 by sending it to the User at the same time as the goods. The information provided by the Customer will be faithful to the invoice. Katuma therefore reminds the Customer to always check with the utmost accuracy the information provided. No invoice change will be possible after the invoice is sent out.

Shipping Management

Warning: Shipment of products is always on THURSDAY for all orders placed at 20 o'clock on TUESDAY

Shipping method

The goods can be picked up at noon at the Katuma store located at Levior Sas - Piazza Mascagni, 11 - 10015 Ivrea TO ITALY.
In the case of courier shipping, Katuma uses national carriers. The shipping cost depends on weight and destination:

  • Italy: € 6.90

Free shipping

Courier delivery is free only within Italy for orders over 89€.

Home delivery

We consider "home delivery" when the delivery of your order is made directly by Katuma or by a dedicated company delegated to you by an alternative to the traditional courier. This type of shipment, especially for restaurant products or Christmas baskets, is provided within 30km of Ivrea.

Delivery time

Delivery times are usually indicated on the card of each product, during the payment process and on the order confirmation email. Generally the products are shipped within 48h.

Track your shipment

In the case of courier shipping, we will send you the tracking number which allows you to check where your pack is and know when it will be delivered.

Choose where and when to receive the parcel

You can choose where and when to receive the purchased products.
If you want to receive them at the office or at another address (for example, of a friend or family member), you must simply enter the shipping information and the payee's name for the delivery.

If you want to give a gift to someone and send the parcel directly to their home, you will need to enter their address during the payment process and specify in the "Notes and special requests" form at the bottom of the order that “This is a gift”. The parcel will be sent to the shipping address provided. In this way there will be no price information in the package.
